You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email, or by entering your Order # on our Track Order page.

Order Status Guide

• Label Created: Tracking number generated; awaiting carrier scan.
• In Transit: Parcel moving between facilities (updates may take a few days).
• Customs Clearance: Awaiting inspection in your country.
• Out for Delivery: With local courier for final delivery.
• Delivered: Marked delivered by the courier.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple parcels. You’ll receive tracking updates for each.
