At Zyrawave, we work with global fulfillment partners (including warehouses in Asia, US & EU) to deliver products directly to your doorstep.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–4 business days (quality check, packing, dispatch).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 (local warehouse time) are processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, allow an extra 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 8–18 business days
  • UK & EU: 7–16 business days
  • Australia & NZ: 8–16 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Calculated at checkout. Free shipping offers (if available) apply automatically.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed once the order is dispatched. First scan may take 24–72 hours to appear. Multi-item orders may ship separately with different tracking numbers.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes. We cannot mark parcels as “gift” or undervalue orders.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost in transit: If no tracking update for 15 business days (US/EU) or 20 business days (others), contact us. After carrier confirmation, we’ll arrange a replacement.
  • Marked Delivered but not received: Please check with neighbors, family, or local courier first. If still not found, email us within 7 days for a carrier investigation.
  • Refused/undeliverable packages: Not refundable. Reshipping is possible after paying a new shipping fee.
