Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zyrawave, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order #
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos/video of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Once verified with our fulfillment partners:

  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue store credit if replacement is unavailable.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable

  • Used items or hygiene-sensitive products once opened
  • Minor variations in color/size (±1–3 cm is normal)
  • Delivery delays due to courier, customs, or holidays
  • Parcels marked “Delivered” by courier but not found (carrier investigation required)
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customer
  • Refused or unclaimed parcels

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After processing begins, cancellation is not possible.

How to Submit a Claim

Email support@zyrawave.com with the required details. Our team will review within 2–3 business days.

Note: Do not send parcels back to any address on the package. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
